Role Overview

The Academic Mentor (Class Coordinator) will be the first point of contact for parents and students. Your role will involve understanding student needs, counseling them on the MAT program, delivering engaging product demos, and converting leads into enrollments.

This position offers both remote and office-based options, making it suitable for candidates across India.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Conversion

    • Connect with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

    • Follow up consistently to guide them through the enrollment process.

    • Convert inquiries into confirmed paid admissions for the MAT program.

  2. Academic Counseling & Demos

    • Understand students’ learning styles and academic requirements.

    • Deliver effective product demos and presentations to parents.

    • Explain how the MAT program will enhance students’ aptitude and academic performance.

  3. Sales Pitching

    • Present the benefits, course structure, and long-term learning value of the program.

    • Address concerns and provide convincing solutions to close admissions.

  4. Target Achievement

    • Meet weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets.

    • Contribute to both personal and team performance goals.

  5. CRM & Data Management

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures using PW’s CRM tools.

  6. Relationship Building

    • Build trust and rapport with students and parents.

    • Encourage long-term engagement with Physics Wallah’s programs.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience: 0–3 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or tele-counseling. Freshers are welcome.

  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

    • Problem-solving abilities.

    • Self-motivation and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

    • Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced setup.
